Hear from UN Officials: Global Engagement Online Series

Global Engagement Online Series

We're here to keep you connected to global issues that matter with the Global Engagement Online Series, an ongoing collection of live virtual events to keep you inspired, informed, and connected to the UN this year. You can count on each session to bring you unique discussions with global issues experts — all while we practice safe social-distancing.

Hear leaders from the World Health Organization (WHO), UN Development Program (UNDP), UN Population Fund (UNFPA), the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), and the UN Children's Fund (UNICEF) about what their agencies are doing to fight COVID-19.

To mark its 75th anniversary in 2020, UN Secretary-General António Guterres announced that the UN will lead the largest-ever global conversation on the role of international cooperation in building the future we want. Hear from Fabrizio Hochschild-Drummond, Special Adviser to the Secretary-General on the Preparations for the Commemoration of the United Nations 75th Anniversary. He will share his perspectives on why everyone’s participation in these conversations matter.
